The swimming pool (6 m x 12 m) is available to our guests, only. It is open from May, 15 to September, 30. The garden around the pool is equipped with seats, deckchairs and beach umbrellas. During season (usually from April, 15 to October, 15) we prepare dinner for our guests. Dinner is served only on reservation always preparing various menus. By request our guests can take part in cooking lessons.

In our wineshop we propose an accurate selection of typical wines of the region and organize wine tastings as well as short lessons of wine tastings (for groups of minimum 6 persons). The safe parking area is conveniently situated inside our property. In the nearby town, Monteroni d'Arbia (5 km), all main public buildings (pharmacy, post office, banks, gas station, supermarkt) are available. Amenities around the area: tennis (5 km), horse riding (9 km), rent a bike (9 km), thermal spring and massage parlours (20 km), nine-hole golf course (50 km).
